  • Prompt issuance of billings and efficient collections
  • Close liaison with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentations (blanket consent application, TNB and SYABAS account)
  • Handle and prepare document related
  • To prepare, process and check the documents relating to the Sale and Purchase
  • Maintain good filling record system


  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM
  • Able to converse in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Full-Time position.
  • Working  days : Monday to Friday 9.00AM – 5.45PM, Alternate Saturday 9.00AM – 1.00PM

Candidates must be focused, motivated and able to work independently and a good  team  player.
